It is Never Good to Tell a Lie

I know it was a mistake when I did it, but I really could not help myself. When the woman behind the counter asked me what size I normally wore, I just had to lie. I was getting fitted for my wedding dress and I know that I should be telling the truth. She brought me dress after dress that did not fit. I did not tell her that though, I just told her I did not like any of the styles. Later that night when I was talking to one of my bridesmaids, I confessed to her why I couldn’t find a dress. She told me that to fit into smaller dresses she used shapewear. I do not know why I had never thought about that. If I used shape-wear I would have been able to fit into every dress the sales woman brought me. I went online and ordered my shape-wear and decided that after I had it, then I would go dress shopping again, and this time I would not have to lie.

My best friend, Rose is a small girl. She is always placed in the front rows when we were in grade school, it was always be height. Also, she has lots of small and tiny things, such as the bitsy bag which has nylon tattoo prints. Even if she is small, she should not be taken for granted because she already has done great things. For example, she was able to help a kid who fell in the well. No one could enter it because it had a small opening. So she volunteered herself and both of them got out safe and sound.

See, small ones should not be ashamed of themselves, because they will never know that they could do things that others can’t.

I have an addiction to Gadgets of all sorts. I specifically like electronic ones. I just think that they are really cool and cannot help myself from buying them. I know that I have way too many as it is. A lot of the ones I buy I hardly use at all. I spend so much money on these things that sometimes I cannot pay all of my bills. I do not know why I am so compulsive in buying all of these things. I do have some cool stuff. I like my pocket breathalyzer. I get a lot of use out of that. It has most likely saved me from driving when I should not a few times. Another cool gadget I have is my new tablet. I use the thing every day and it does just about everything I need it to while I am on the go or at work.

A New Dress Helps Pep Mom Up

I bought my mother a fancy dress for her birthday, and it was like she was completely revitalized. Since the divorce, my mom has not really wanted to leave the house, save for going to work at the beginning of the day. But you could tell that she wasn’t really excited about that either. I’ve been trying things left and right to pull her out of her rut because when she gets down, my sister gets down, and when my sister gets depressed, I start to get depressed, and so on and so forth. It’s not a pretty sight in the house when all of us are griping at each other and hating life, so I made a bold move. My mom usually doesn’t wear dresses, but I got her a really nice one, as I know her size. It’s the same as mine pretty much, so I went and tried some stuff on and pictured her in them. I knew she would love the one that she got, and she’s already motivated to go out with us on Saturday night.
